Ricky's Maple Syrup Honey Oil
At the end of season eight, Ricky makes an important discovery: how to make maple syrup flavored cannabis oil. While this may seem insignificant at first, this discovery is actually really important for several reasons. At the beginning of season eight, Barb Lahey and Sam Losco get a divorce, resulting in a split of their assets. This means that Sam owns 49.5% of the trailer park and as a result, he partners with Cyrus to try and buy, steal or take Barb’s shares in the park and then sell the park to a landscaping company. To stop this from happening, all of the park’s residents are forced to team up to earn enough money to buy out Sam’s share in the park. To do this, the boy’s decide that the best way to make a lot of money is to turn Ricky’s stash of weed into honey oil. Through a series of unfortunate events, Corey and Jacob accidently put the new oil in a large container that was already partially filled with maple syrup. This ends up giving the new oil a unique, maple syrup taste, which makes the oil irresistible to buyers. Because of this new recipe, the boys are able to make enough money to save the park from Sam and Cyrus
